* These rates include 2 adults and children.
* Additional adults are $20 a night or $100 a week.
* Maximum occupancy for this unit is 5.
* $100 non-refundable deposit required to hold a cottage.
* Long term monthly rate is $800 for one occupant,
$1,000 for two occupants.
* Maximum of 2 long term occupants.
